Black Genius Academy (BGA) is a tech career exploration app that equips aspiring Black tech talent with resources and knowledge to identify, enroll, and succeed in technical education programs.
Through audio interviews with Black tech leaders, personalized career action plans, and coaching support, BGA demystifies fast-growing career fields - cybersecurity, ux design, and software engineering - to help learners discover what a career in tech can look like.

Black Genius Academy is a free web application, open to all, and no prior experience is required to get started. Grant opportunities are available for qualifying learners to remove financial barriers to continuing education programs.
